GF has two (2) categories of members. The “Active” category corresponds to the second level. The title of “Active Member” is reserved for any “Supporting Member” who has applied for and obtained membership as an “Active Member” of GF. Any supporting member of GF who meets all the following conditions may become an Active Member:

• Has two months of seniority as a Supporting Member or has been co-opted by the Board of Directors
• Is motivated and ready to contribute to achieving GF’s objectives, and
• Believes that, after giving their life to Jesus Christ:
  
  • They have become a child of God;
  • The Holy Spirit dwells within them;
  • Jesus is their model for daily life;
  • They are not a servant of God;
  • They are no longer a sinner;
  • They must master their flesh until they gain full control;
  • God grants them, by grace, various abilities and resources;
  • They live in the time of the new covenant;
  • They are justified by grace;
  • They are co-heirs with God, just like Jesus Christ;
  • They can communicate with God our Father;
  • The practice of tithing and offerings is neither a source of blessing nor an obligation.

Active Members of GF have the following rights:

• To be informed about GF’s affairs;
• To consult the letters patent, by-laws, list of members with their contact details, as well as the list of directors;
• To be called to annual or special meetings, participate in them, and—when required or permitted by the Board—ask questions, make suggestions, and vote by show of hands;
• To consult, when available, the activity report as well as the general statement of income and expenses (financial report). Generally, GF plans to provide a summary of the financial report to active members following the annual meeting;
• To communicate any request or suggestion to the Board of Directors or local leadership of GF.

Active Members of GF have the following obligations:

• To belong at all times to a GF logistics group and actively contribute on a voluntary and diligent basis;
• To promote GF on various platforms and social media;
• To participate in annual and special general meetings.

Active Members of GF are not paid for their voluntary work. In addition, they personally cover any expenses incurred in order to contribute. The membership period of an Active Member (Category A) is normally indefinite. However, this status ends in any of the following cases:

• The death of the member or, in the case of a legal entity, its dissolution;
• The resignation of the member submitted in writing to the President of the Board of Directors of GF, in which case the resignation takes effect on the date specified in the notice;
• The liquidation or dissolution of GF in accordance with the law;
• The cancellation of the member’s Active status in accordance with Article 2.05 below.

Only the President of the Board of Directors is authorized to revoke the Active status of a GF member who does not fulfill their obligations (2.03). Revocation of “Active” status results in the loss of all rights associated with that status, including those related to GF’s assets.
